Question about onstat -g ioq?

Hello ,

I have some problem about IDS9.40FC7 on solaris9 and solaris10.
We have just migrate all database from IDS9.40Fc7 on solaris9 to solaris10.
It work OK. All DB is RAW-DEVICE.
I have also tuned some parameter as follow

NUMCPUVP from 16 to 25
NETTYPE TCPIP from 16*300 to 25*300

other is the same. Problem occur is it work on solaris10 slower than solaris9. I also keep output from ioq command and found the difference.
in "aio" .

Question :
Any problem about I/O system ?
what should I do next? tunning AIO ? (now NUMAIOVPs =16)
