In Response To: Re: onstat -g ath (Marco Schwarz)

There is no direct relationship between onstat -g ath and onstat -g sql=
.

The netnorm condition does NOT mean that the server is waiting for an s=
ql
statement to be issued, it simply means that the server is waiting for =
some
network traffic from the client. It might, for instance, mean that the=

server is waiting to receive an ACK that the client received the last
buffer which was transmitted to it, or it might be waiting for the clie=
nt
to request the next buffer.

onstat -g sql shows the last and current statements, but it does not sh=
ow
the the network traffic between the server and the client as the statem=
ent
is being executed.

cond netnorm simply means that the server is waiting for some network
traffic from the client.
