RSS does not apply logs

hello,

I have the following situation. I would be very pleased if somebody could put a light into this.

Primary: amc1_rss
RSS server: amc4_rss

RSS DeLAY_APPLY 5M

Why does RSS secondary not apply logs up to 116024, having long past the 5 minutes delay configured?

Note that ACKed Log: 116024 Applied Log: 115941, logs in between are all at LOG_STAGING_DIR directory.
Start Log position remains the same (115941 0x5b65278), at both timestamps 00:17:02 and 11:14:14
