Marcus:

The fix is to move the BYTE and TEXT columns from a blobspace to IN TABLE
and place the tables into a dbspace with a pagesize that is appropriate to
the average blob sizes so little space is wasted. Then the logs will
contain the blob pages, you will be able to use hdr, and the logs will back
up faster because the backup will not have to go find the blob pages. You
will have to increase the logical log file sizes and the number of logs
because the blobs will now be logged, but that's a small price.
