The URL port (1522) is missing a "2". Was that a typo?
In a previous email, you mentioned the successful URL with 15222.

Another test:

touch $INFORMIXDIR/etc/IFX_DISABLE_IPV6

and recycle the engine (onmode -ky;oninit)
