Informix Under Windows 2000

Please let me preface that I am not new to Informix, just new to Informix
7.3x using Windows 2000.

I am wondering if there are many users of Informix using Windows 2000. I am
interested in how you configure your disk partitions, memory parameters (max
value of SHMVIRTSIZE), remote tape drives for ontape/onbar,
ONCONFIG/environment parameters. Any issues regarding the use of DLT tapes
for your archives?

I am especially interested in learning how many BAAN systems out there are
using Windows 2000. What, if any, ONCONFIG/environment parameters does BAAN
wish to stay as originally configured? In the system I am now working on,
all of the data is configured in one large DBSpace (57 2-GB chunks). All of
the data is located on one large RAID-5 disk partition (F:). Is this normal
and is this okay under Windows 2000? I would normally split out the data
into multiple dbspaces.

Any special Gotchas I should watch out for, in regards on how Informix works
on this platform?

Is there enough differences between the issues facing Windows 2000 DBAs and
those of the UNIX world to possibly warrant a separate email address,
outside of ids@iiug.org ?

Are there any Informix/BAAN users out there? I was told that there might
only be one other Informix/BAAN shop using Windows 2000. There is a list
for SAP (sapmix@iiug.org); is there interest in having one for BAAN?
