It actually looks like they did not upgrade your ISQL version to one that's
compatible with HPUX 11. Also, you should no longer be linking the Informix
libraries into /usr/lib that practice was deprecated in 7.31/9.30 long ago.
You can delete whatever informix libraries you have in /usr/lib and set the
environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to
$INFORMIXDIR/lib:$INFORMIXDIR/lib/esql:$INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools:/usr/lib
making sure that /usr/lib is last in the list.

If you have to reinstall ISQL, you will have to take the Informix engine
offline, install ISQL, then reinstall the CSDK and the engine. There are
still some library dependencies in ISQL that will cause the engine to have
problems if it is not installed after ISQL. The libraries that ISQL
installs have the same name as those installed by the engine, but are older
versions and not completely compatible. The ones installed by the engine
are backward compatible with the ISQL, however.
