In Response To: new onconfig parameters added onconfig file 11.5 (KARL OLIVER)

most of these aren't new at all. Some have been around since 7.10. Some
were undocumented until around 9.30 or so. Others were new in 9.40 or
10.00. There are a few really new ones, but, the server upgrade does not,
to my knowledge, update the ONCONFIG file at all.
