The tablespace tablespace is the on-disk structure that's mirrored by
the SMI/sysmaster table sysptnhdr. It contains the partition header
page for tables, detached indexes, and fragments of these. It looks
like the tablespace tablespace was extended onto this chunk because the
other chunk(s) of the dbspace were full, probably to create the tables
you dropped. However, like all other IDS tables, the tablespace
tablespace is not truncated or compressed when a row is deleted. The
only thing you can do is to dbexport the database and drop it. Then you
can drop the chunk and dbimport the database.
