RDSLIB version 2010.02 (2010-09-04)

This is a feature release of the code.

There is a new program, rdssplit, that can take an interpretable file
and split it into component files.

  rdssplit -d sub-dir -p x3_ program.4gi

The object files embedded in (concatenated to create) program.4gi are
placed in the named sub-directory (default: current directory) with the
prefix 'x3_' in front of each file (default: no prefix).

It supports p-code versions up to 7.32 (the current p-code version used
by I4GL-RDS 7.50.xC4).
