     NAME
	  dbsyntax - checks the	syntax of SQL statements

     SYNOPSIS
	  dbsyntax -d database [files...]

     DESCRIPTION
	  Dbsyntax will	check the syntax of SQL	statements.  Errors
	  are printed to stdout	along with the line that caused	the
	  error.

     OPTIONS
	  -d   database	name

     NOTES
	  Dbsyntax requires that an Informix database engine be
	  installed on the machine running it.

	  If a file name is not	specified, then	stdin is used
